Hatha Flow
What to expect

We breathe, we go within, we move, we mobilize, we strengthen, we stretch, we feel, we listen, we are.

The classes are thematically sequenced, providing you with the space to dive into your inner world and explore the signals your body is sending. You can expect a blend of asana poses, mobility exercises, pranayama techniques, and meditation styles, incorporating insights from yoga philosophy alongside a mix of static, strengthening, fluid, intuitive, and restorative forms. The synchronization of breath and movement takes you out of your head and fully into the present moment, fostering a meditative flow state.

Influences

Ha means sun, Tha means moon - here, we seek to harmonize our opposing energies. The fundamental principles of Hatha Flow are rooted in holistic Tantra Hatha Yoga, where we utilize our practice on the mat to localize, guide, and balance the energy (Prana) within us. Props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets are essential components to allow each body its optimal alignment and to achieve the greatest energetic impact of the postures (Asana). Modern approaches like Spiraldynamic and Somatic Movement are integrated into the practice, cultivating softness and intuition. We employ various breath techniques (Pranayama) to calm the mind, regulate our nervous system and attain a state of simple being (Meditation).

*Somatic translates to "relating to the body," emphasizing our conscious focus on bodily sensations and experiences to establish a deeper connection with our body and inner self. It's about recognizing the body as a source of wisdom and presence, consciously listening to it to enhance our well-being and quality of life.

Postpartum Yoga
What to expect

Through mindful and gentle yoga, the natural postpartum recovery processes are supported.

With harmonious movements synchronized with one's own breath rhythm, one not only finds balance and relaxation but also space to come back to oneself. The focus is on rediscovering and strengthening the pelvic floor and the core to achieve balance in body, mind, and soul.

Postnatal yoga can be started six to eight weeks after childbirth or later.

This course takes place over six consecutive weeks in fixed groups.

To allow participants to fully focus on themselves, babies are not included.
