You can expect a blend of asana poses, mobility exercises, pranayama techniques, and meditation styles, incorporating insights from yoga philosophy alongside a mix of static, strengthening, fluid, intuitive, and restorative forms. The synchronization of breath and movement takes you out of your head and fully into the present moment, fostering a meditative flow state.
